This is a really common question, and one that I want to dedicate a whole blog post to today. Today we are going to delve into why you would do the program, based on your symptoms. It’s often touted as a weight loss program, and whilst weight may be one of your main concerns, it actually isn’t the whole focus of the Metabolic Balance® program.
